What we do
Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.
-Margaret Mead
What is California Proposition 65?
Proposition 65, more formally known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is a California law passed by citizen initiative with 63% of the popular vote. The law achieves this in two ways:
1- Prohibiting businesses from knowingly putting toxic substances into drinking water supplies, and
2- Prohibiting businesses from knowingly exposing people to listed substances — chemicals that the state government has determined can cause serious harm — without providing a clear and reasonable warning.

Our Vision
Our goal is to help enforcing CA Proposition 65 to protect the evironment and people health.
KASB Main Activity
KASB contributes its efforts on discovering companies breaking the law, exposing consumers to lead and other toxins without properly informing them, and then help the attorneys partners to enforce the Proposition 65 on these violated businesses. Our work has guaranteed public security not simply by acquiring the admonitions legally necessary, however by getting violators to reformulate their items so nobody is unnecessarily presented to hurtful synthetics later on.
